We require the following to be completed by the Legal Guardian of the student(s) attending the programme. All forms must be completed and signed.
The below forms, once completed & signed, must be faxed or scanned and emailed to us!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - TO ENROL IN OUR PROGRAMME
A non-refundable deposit of €300.00 is required to apply for any programme!
 This can be paid online with a credit card, by money order, or by bank transfer.
You can pay your deposit or full programme using the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
NOTES:
a) The full payment of the programme fees are due no later than 45 days before the programme start date.
b) For programmes booked less than 45 days prior to the programme start date, the entire programme fee plus the late booking fee is due at time of booking.
c) To ensure space in a programme, it is important to register as early as possible!
f) Please note all payments must be made to “British American Institute SCP”.

What happens after you have enrolled
FIRSTLY.....THANK YOU FOR BOOKING WITH BAI LANGUAGES
A) We normally confirm your enrollment within 3-5 business days (in many cases much earlier or even the same day!). As soon as we receive confirmation of your enrollment, we will contact you.
You will receive an email from our office to confirm your programme. Once confirmed, please go ahead and book the flights to co-ordinate with the programme start and end dates.
IMPORTANT: Please do not book/pay for any flights or ground transportation to the school location until we have confirmed your programme!
From your confirmation date forward, any programme changes/cancellations you make, will result in fees being charged to you, as per our TERMS & CONDITIONS.
B) If you have only paid your DEPOSIT (€300.00) with your enrollment form:
We will expect full payment no later than 45 days prior to the programme start date.
C) Travel and arrival details:
As soon as you confirm travel arrangements, please send all flight or train numbers/dates/times to our operations department via e-mail. We must have these travel details, no later than three weeks before the programme start date, so we can make arrangements for your child’s arrival.
